GLUTEN-FREE + VEGAN FOODS
Many people are adapting their lifestyles to use less animal protein and to remove gluten for various reasons, some ethical, some health-driven. This class will teach how to bring protein into a vegan diet, and how to use substitutes for wheat without sacrificing flavor. Taught by Stefanie Halperin.
