She will prepare recipes that are Whole30 friendly, including Mustard Dill Walnut Crusted Salmon, side dishes using root vegetables and seasonal herbs, and fresh salad. Some people think that making nutrient dense food is either complicated and/or tasteless, but that is not so! Many of the recipes Jennifer uses are done in less than an hour, and some in just 30 minutes!
