Maureen L. Widmer is a Registered Cottage Food Producer with over 20 years of preserving experience. Maureen is self-taught and knows so much more than just canning! In this class, she will show you how to use up that leftover chicken or get a jump-start on meal prepping for the week. This one ingredient can be used to make a snack, a side, a salad, or a supper, or you can make all four! A great class for small-batch cooking and getting more out of the protein for your family.
