Responsibilities:
Our Deli Bakery is well known in the St. Peter area for providing delectable baked goods made fresh with an emphasis on using natural and local ingredients. This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn how to bake a wide variety of baked goods from decadent pastries and desserts, vegan and gluten-free delights, and more. If you’re looking to expand your baking skills and experience, this is the job for you!
Baking skills that specifically fit the position: ability to bake cookies, bars, banana bread, biscuits, quiche, and familiarity with gluten free/vegan ingredients.
Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays 1pm-9pm and Sundays 11am-7pm (24 hours per week)

Qualifications:
- Experience in baking or cooking for deli, restaurant or catering
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Accurate, great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, good time management skills
- Ability to read weight measurements in lbs. & ounces in decimal format on a scale.
- Team player
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong record of attendance
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to handle fast paced work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
