Board of Directors
The Board of Directors play a critical role in ensuring the continued success and health of the St. Peter Food Co-op. Board members represent Owners interests by understanding their values and vision for the Co-op and developing governance policies that are consistent with that vision. The Board also supervises the Co-op’s general manager, providing oversight and support so that the manager can successfully meet the Co-op’s organizational goals.
Board meetings are currently held online on at 6:30PM on the 4th Thursday of the month. If any owner wishes to attend, please contact the Board President by email ([email protected]) in advance so that adequate time can be added to the meeting agenda.

This is an exciting time to be involved with the Co-op! With more than 4000 Owners in over 40 years, the co-op is a thriving, important part of this community.
Persons considering running for office are strongly encouraged to meet with a current board member to gain an understanding of board responsibilities.
