This quick, easy recipe is sure to please all ages.
2 c. whole milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. milk chocolate chips
Dipping tools, like long forks or marshmallow roasters
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, cream, vanilla, and salt. When bubbles begin to form around the edge of the pan, remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let chocolate sit for 5 minutes undisturbed, then whisk until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with dippers of your choice.
